🎬🍿 Movie Night at Cedar Ridge! 🍿🎬

Lights, camera, laughter, and a few happy tears! ❤️

Tonight, our residents enjoyed a wonderful movie night watching Queen Bees! 🐝🎥

This heartwarming comedy does a beautiful job of showing the challenges, emotions, and unexpected adventures that come with moving into a retirement community. From adjusting to a new environment to building friendships and discovering that it’s never too late for a fresh start, this movie truly hit close to home! 🏡💕

We shared plenty of laughter, a few tears, and, of course, lots of smiles as we celebrated the happy ending! 🥰

After all, life is full of new chapters, and sometimes the most unexpected ones turn out to be the best! ❤️

🌞💪 Move, Laugh, and Stay Healthy at Cedar Ridge! 💃🎉

One of the most important ways to improve our quality of life is to stay physically active! And no matter our age, a little morning exercise can go a long way toward keeping us happy, healthy, and energized! ❤️

That’s why here at Cedar Ridge, we start every morning with some movement and exercise! But we believe that staying active should be just as FUN as it is beneficial! 🏋️‍♀️🎈

From stretching and gentle exercises to interactive games, laughter, and friendly competition, we always find creative ways to keep our residents moving and smiling!

After all, who said exercise has to be boring? 😉

Every day is another opportunity to move our bodies, share a few laughs, and make wonderful memories together!

🌟 Happy Saturday Evening from Cedar Ridge! 🌟

What a wonderful Saturday we’ve had here at Cedar Ridge! 💛

Our day was filled with fun, laughter, music, and plenty of activities to keep us moving and smiling! 🎶✨

We started our morning with some energizing exercises, including one of my personal favorites — our Drumming Club! 🥁❤️ We also enjoyed playing different games, singing our hearts out, spending time with friends, and so much more!

Because here at Cedar Ridge, there’s always something fun happening, and every day brings another reason to smile! 🥰

Now it’s time to relax and enjoy a beautiful Saturday evening!

And you know what our favorite Friday B’s are? BINGO and BEAN BAG BASEBALL! ⚾🎱

How about today’s game?! 🏈🔥

Our residents had an absolute blast cheering, laughing, and enjoying all the excitement of today’s football game! Nothing beats a great game surrounded by wonderful friends and good company! ❤️

But the fun didn’t start there! Before kickoff, we took a trip down memory lane with our “I Love Lucy” themed Happy Hour! ❤️💃

Our residents stepped back into the good old days, showing off their fabulous outfits, enjoying delicious drinks, and bringing a little classic Hollywood magic to Cedar Ridge! ✨🍸

📺 FUN FACT: Did you know that I Love Lucy premiered on October 15, 1951? That’s right! Today marks the 75th anniversary of this legendary sitcom! 🎂 Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz made television history with a show that continues to bring laughter to generations of fans!

From vintage Hollywood glamour to football excitement, today was another unforgettable day at Cedar Ridge! 🥳

Today, we raised our glasses and celebrated the incredible history, courage, and dedication of the United States Navy! 🇺🇸

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful Navy-themed Happy Hour filled with delicious drinks, great company, and plenty of smiles! 🥂💙

⚓ Fun Navy Fact! Did you know that the U.S. Navy was founded on October 13, 1775, even before the United States officially declared independence? It all began when the Continental Congress authorized just two armed ships to intercept British supply vessels. From those humble beginnings, the Navy grew into one of the most powerful naval forces in the world!

Today, we honor the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country, including the wonderful veterans in our Cedar Ridge family. ❤️🤍💙
