🐾 BIG THINGS CAN START WITH A SMALL COMMUNITY! 🐾

Sometimes, all it takes is one person sharing a post, one business donating a bag of food, or one neighbor encouraging another to help.

I’m organizing a pet supply drive through Rooted In Wellness Counseling to support the local animal shelter and the pets who are in need. Every bag, can, and act of kindness counts! ❤️

How to donate

1. Purchase pet food, treats, litter, or other essential pet supplies.
2. Drop off your donation at any of the collection locations listed below.

🐾 Sometimes, therapy has four legs and a tail.

Pets have a way of reminding us to slow down, be present, and feel connected. Their unconditional love, comforting presence, and playful personalities can be just what we need. 🐕‍🦺 🐈

🐶 They can help ease feelings of loneliness.
🐱 They offer comfort during stressful times.
🐾 They encourage routine, movement, and connection.
❤️ They remind us that we are worthy of love, even on the days we don’t feel our best.

Sometimes, healing looks like a long walk with your dog, a cat curled up beside you, or a quiet moment with a furry friend who simply stays.

You don’t always need words to feel supported. Sometimes, you just need a paw beside you. 🐾
