What is the e84 Intermediate Training? ⬇️🪷

The e84 Intermediate Training is an opportunity to expand beyond the 26&2 practice and discover what becomes possible when you begin to explore more.

Over two weeks, you’ll learn to practice and teach the 90-minute e84 Intermediate classes while exploring new postures, variations and skills that build toward arm balances, deep backbends, Lotus, leg-over-the-head movements and the 84 Asanas practice.

But this training isn’t simply about doing more postures.

It’s about developing greater awareness of your body, refining your understanding of posture technique, expanding your practice and learning how to share that experience with others.

You don't need advanced physical skills.
You need curiosity, commitment and a willingness to grow. 🌊

Family,

We are thrilled to announce that registration is open for e84’s 10-Year Anniversary Training in Ubud, Bali from March 15-April 10, 2027.

For this special anniversary edition, we’re bringing back our full one-month training format. Participants can do the e84 Intermediate Training over the first two weeks, or the 84 Asanas Training over the second two weeks, or stay the whole month and do both.

UPCOMING 26&2 Training 🙌

This is an in-depth, apprenticeship-style training program designed for aspiring hot yoga teachers. The training focuses on the effective teaching of the 26&2 series.

Bonus! It is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified program and will be conducted in person by Louise and Jasmine. This is a bilingual English/French training, and it is not necessary to speak french to apply. See you there! 😊
