One of the biggest lies shame tells us is:

“You’re the only one.”

The only one who struggled.
The only one who made that mistake.
The only one carrying that pain.

And that belief keeps us hiding.

But the truth is… we are all human. We all have stories, struggles, wounds, and parts of our journey that needed healing.

✨ Shame grows in isolation.
✨ Healing grows through safe connection.

Sometimes one of the most powerful moments is realizing:

“I’m not alone.”

In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, we talk about shame, why it causes us to hide, and how bringing our stories into safe spaces creates freedom and healing.

What if the thing keeping you stuck isn’t your past… but the shame you’re carrying from it?

Shame has a way of convincing us to hide—the very thing that keeps us disconnected from ourselves, from others, and from healing.

In this week’s episode of *Live Brighter with Tara*, we talk about:

✨ The difference between guilt and shame
✨ Why shame grows when it stays hidden
✨ How shame impacts relationships and connection
✨ The freedom that comes from acceptance, forgiveness, and self-compassion

The things we keep in the dark often become the things that hold power over us—but healing begins when we bring them into the light. 💛

🎙️ New episode is live. Listen now.

I’d love to hear—what’s one thing that has helped you move toward more compassion for yourself?

“The things we hide often become the things that hold us captive.”

Shame convinces us that hiding will protect us.

“If no one knows, I’ll be safe.”
“If I keep this part hidden, I’ll still be accepted.”

But often, the very things we keep buried are the things that continue to have power over us.

✨ Healing happens when shame meets compassion.
✨ Freedom grows when we allow ourselves to be truly seen.
✨ Connection begins when we stop carrying everything alone.

Your story was never meant to be a prison.

In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, we explore the impact of shame, why it keeps us isolated, and how honesty, forgiveness, and safe connection can help us heal.

There is a difference between guilt and shame.

Guilt says:
“I did something wrong.”

Shame says:
“I am wrong.”

And that difference matters.

Because shame doesn’t just focus on a behavior—it attaches itself to our identity.

It tells us:
“I’m not enough.”
“I’m unworthy.”
“I’m unlovable.”

And when we believe those messages, we often hide the very parts of ourselves that need compassion and healing.

✨ Healing begins when we separate what happened, what we did, or what we experienced… from who we truly are.

In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, we explore shame, self-worth, connection, and why bringing shame into the light is such a powerful step toward healing.

Women deserve better education about their bodies.

So many women enter perimenopause and menopause without understanding what is happening or why they suddenly feel different.

And when we don’t have education, it becomes harder to recognize what our bodies may be telling us.

✨ This is why conversations about hormone health matter.

Women deserve:
• knowledge
• support
• resources
• practitioners who understand this stage of life

The more we understand our bodies, the better we can advocate for our health.

🎧 In this episode of Live Brighter with Tara, I talk about menopause, perimenopause, hormone education, and why women deserve more support navigating midlife.

What if midlife isn’t meant to be a slow fading…
but a recalibration?

So many women think:
“I’m losing myself.”
“I’m failing.”
“What’s wrong with me?”

But sometimes… it’s hormones.

✨ Hormonal changes can affect:
• confidence
• mental health
• relationships
• career performance
• identity
• emotional well-being

And too many women are navigating this without education or support.

You are not “just getting old.”
You deserve answers.
You deserve support.
You deserve to feel like yourself again.

🎧 In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, I share my personal experience with perimenopause, hormonal shifts, and why women need to advocate for their health.

“Midlife can be a recalibration—not a decline.”

For too long, women have been told that feeling exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unlike themselves is just “part of getting older.”

But what if this season isn’t about losing yourself…
what if it’s about understanding yourself in a deeper way?

✨ Your body is changing.
✨ Your needs may be changing.
✨ Your next chapter may look different.

And that doesn’t mean you are fading.

Midlife can be a season of learning, advocating, adjusting, and stepping into a healthier version of yourself.

🎧 In this week’s episode of Live Brighter with Tara, I share my personal journey with perimenopause, menopause, hormone changes, and why women deserve more education and support through this transition.

I couldn’t exercise with weights for 3 years…

And the hardest part?

Exercise was something I loved.

I knew my body was trying to tell me something, but the answers weren’t obvious.

Through research, advocating for myself, and finding the right support, I learned how much hormonal changes can impact the body—especially during perimenopause.

✨ It’s not just estrogen.
✨ Progesterone matters.
✨ Testosterone matters.
✨ Hormones affect so much more than we realize.

This experience is one of the reasons I became so passionate about women understanding their bodies.

🎧 In this episode of Live Brighter with Tara, I share my journey with perimenopause, menopause, and why education around women’s hormones matters.
