Alison A. Halpin
Age 46, of Reddick, IL, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood, IL She was born May 25, 1980, in Kankakee, IL, to Dale and Carol (Anderson) Halpin.
Alison spent her life working alongside her family in agriculture, a life she was proud to share with those she loved. She found joy in the simple things, being outdoors, working with her hands, caring for her animals, and spending time with family and friends.
She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in South Wilmington and the South Wilmington Beach and Fireman’s Club. Alison was an avid runner and loved boating, skiing, fishing, gardening, and horseback riding. She especially cherished her horses and dogs and could often be found outdoors, enjoying the beauty of nature she loved so much.
Above all, Alison treasured her family and friends. Her love of the outdoors, her animals, her family, and the life she shared with those around her will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
Alison is survived by her parents, Dale and Carol Halpin of Gardner, IL; her brother, Eric (Elma) Halpin of Gardner; her nephew, Luke Halpin; and a nephew, Logan, who is on the way. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as her godparents, Galen and Evie Fritz.
