We are a 501(c)(3) agency contracted with CSOC to serve youth aged 5-21 experiencing behavioral, emotional, social, developmental, and mental health challenges. The Tri County Care Management Organization takes a family focused and community-based leadership role in supporting the needs of youth who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, social, developmental, and mental health challenges.

Congratulations to all the youth that participated in Tri County CMO's first youth art gallery 🎨 It was a great night that brought out not only our staff and families but community agencies such as Brainbuilders and Therapeutic Arts Group that donated raffle items and had activities for the youth 🎁 A special thanks to Dream Scholars at Dreamweaver Equine Center for sponsoring the event 🫶

Tri County CMO had the pleasure of being apart of this video series where the discussion was about the impacts of trauma on children. Our very own Learning Development Coordinator , Kevin was able to share his knowledge and discuss the ages and stages through the eyes of the parent.
