I am honored & so so grateful that this is now an accepted practice of healing in our area. 5+ years ago…10 years ago…our area of Southern BRAZORIA county was NOT open to this somatic work.

I love seeing new people or people who have been practicing in quiet..come together in this way. So so grateful!! We are doing this!!!

I will be guiding us through an intuitive exploration outside of the logical linear mind and into creative side of your spirit.

What it look like is: I’ll have pre-cut words and phrases that we will intuitively collect & construct into a poem….at the end of the class will all be able to share what poem found us….and how it might relate to where we are in the journey of life😊🌀🌀
