Kim brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience and over 12 years of experience as an advanced practice provider. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Her clinical background includes primary care, geriatrics, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, behavioral health, hospice, and telehealth. We’re excited to have her expertise and passion for compassionate care as part of the Eterna Primary Care team!

Outside of healthcare, Kim is a proud wife and mom of six. She enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children at their sporting events and activities, traveling, and being involved in her community.

We’re grateful to welcome Kim to Eterna and look forward to all she will bring to our patients, residents, and community. Welcome to the team, Kim! 👏💙

We were honored to welcome Congressman Ron Estes to Diversicare of Sedgwick for a visit with our residents, caregivers, and leadership team.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the compassionate care our team delivers every day while discussing important issues impacting seniors and long-term care, including workforce development and legislation designed to improve access to quality care.

We appreciate Congressman Estes' leadership and support of bipartisan legislation, including the Improving Seniors' Timely Access to Care Act, Improving Access to Medicare Coverage Act, and the Ensuring Seniors' Access to Quality Care Act, which help strengthen the long-term care workforce and improve access to skilled nursing services for the seniors we proudly serve.

This week, we celebrated the launch of Eterna Primary Care at Park Place - A Diversicare Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, an exciting milestone in Diversicare's commitment to enhancing the care experience for those we serve. As the first Diversicare center to launch Eterna Primary Care, Park Place is leading the way in bringing this innovative model of care to our patients and residents.

Eterna brings dedicated nurse practitioner services directly into the center, strengthening collaboration with our care teams and helping provide more coordinated, personalized care for patients and residents.
