There has been a price update for our Medical Cannabis Evaluation Appointments. 🎉

For the inital evaluation the price will be 150$

For the 3 month recertification the price will be 75$

It is still a requirement you have 6 months of medical records confirming and justifying your diagnosis to qualify for Medical Cannabis.
These records need to be present with you at your appointment or you cannot be seen until records are in hand.
