One of the hardest parts of coaching is telling someone the truth they weren't expecting to hear.

I've watched women chase trends, copy someone else's blueprint, and build businesses that looked successful but felt completely disconnected from their purpose.

We have to stop acting like we have forever 😬

Because that really hit me this year.

Life is moving, time is moving, and I truly believe too many people are leaving this earth with gifts, ideas, purpose, and potential that never got the chance to fully live.

Not because they weren’t gifted, but because they stayed stuck in fear, overthinking, waiting, or trying to figure it all out alone.

And I don’t want that for us.

Ya'll, this is . She is my Program Director. I am because she is. She runs and frees me up to be all that I can be. 🙌🏾🙌🏾

We worked in an agency together well before there was a Pathways. I told her I had a vision and once I built the vision, I was coming back to hire her. And 1 year later, I was able to spin the block and hire her. Won't he do it 🙌🏾 👏🏽

She was my first hire, first full time team member, and first director. I am grateful for all her talents. She is very much appreciated 👏🏽 💐 🥳 ❤️
