✨ Introducing Our New Liaison Model! ✨

We are so excited to officially launch our Liaison Model at Riverdale Post Acute! 🤝💙

This model is built around collaboration, communication, and—most importantly—putting our seniors first. We are thrilled to work alongside professionals who genuinely value the senior community, advocate for their needs, and help families and healthcare partners navigate the skilled nursing journey with confidence and compassion.

We are especially proud to have Broderick Neff, our Administrator, leading the way. Broderick is incredibly dedicated to Riverdale Post Acute, our residents, and our team. His commitment to the building and his passion for creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care truly make a difference. 👏

Working alongside our incredible Liaisons is Celina, our Admissions Director, who will be collaborating side-by-side with these professionals to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and make sure we are providing the right support at the right time for our seniors and their families.

We recently held our very first Lunch & Learn, where we came together to discuss patient needs, share insights, and ensure we are all aligned and educated on how Riverdale Post Acute can best support our community. These meaningful conversations help us continue to grow stronger as a team and provide the highest level of care and understanding for those we serve. 🍽️📚

🇺🇸 Join Us for a Special Flag Dedication Ceremony 🇺🇸

Riverdale Post Acute is honored to host a meaningful evening celebrating commitment, service, and community. Join us on June 10th at 6:30 PM as we dedicate our flags in tribute to those who serve, heal, and rise together in unity and pride.

We are proud to recognize the vital work being done in Colorado in support of mental health, Veterans, and excellence in care.

What an incredible and uplifting day at Riverdale 🎶✨

We were blessed to have the Christian rap group 4 Generations come and perform for our residents and they absolutely brought the energy, inspiration, and joy! From powerful messages to engaging music, our residents truly enjoyed every moment.

A very special thank you to one of our resident’s daughters for arranging this amazing experience. Your thoughtfulness created such a meaningful day for so many 💛

Moments like these remind us how music connects us all, lifts spirits, and brings our community together in the best way.

A little outing can go a long way 💙🛒

Our residents recently enjoyed a fun shopping trip to Walmart, where they picked out personal items, snacks, and a few special treats along the way. It’s always wonderful to see everyone getting out, making their own choices, and enjoying a bit of independence and normalcy.

From browsing the aisles to sharing laughs at checkout, it was a day full of smiles and meaningful moments. These outings are such an important part of keeping our residents connected to the community and doing the things they love 💛

We’re already looking forward to the next trip!

Our hearts are full after such a special day at Riverdale 💐🐣

We had the joy of welcoming the kiddos from Mount Saint Vincent's, who came to spend time with our residents playing bingo, sharing laughs, and creating beautiful moments together.

As part of our residents’ quarterly volunteer project, they poured so much love into making Easter baskets just for these sweet kiddos. Seeing the smiles, connection, and genuine joy between generations is exactly what it’s all about 💛

Thank you to everyone who made this day so meaningful—we love bringing our community together in ways that truly matter.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating Easter with our residents at Riverdale Post Acute! 🐣🌷

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteer therapy dog partners Susan, Tag, Beverly and Willow and Brighton Police Department for coming out to support our annual Easter egg hunt; your presence brought so much joy, comfort, and smiles to our residents. 🐶💙

The celebration didn’t stop there! The Easter Bunny made a special visit on Saturday, hopping around to hand out goodies and brighten everyone’s day. 🐰✨

Moments like these remind us how special our community truly is. Thank you to everyone who helped make this Easter so memorable! 💐
