What You'll Do:

📋 Process new client intake referrals

✅ Verify Medicaid eligibility and insurance coverage

📞 Communicate with clients, families, and managed care plans

🤝 Guide patients through the enrollment process with care and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written)

✔️ Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field preferred

✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills

✔️ Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a team player
