This space was created for people who need room to slow down, notice themselves, and come back into clearer relationship with what is true for them.
Here, you do not need to perform, explain everything perfectly, or make yourself smaller to belong. You are welcome to move at your own pace. Sharing is invited, not forced. Listening is welcome too.

My role is to facilitate the space with care, respect, body-awareness, and clear pacing. Your role is to stay connected to your own experience in whatever way feels right and manageable for you.

I’m Schelitia Kennedy — a facilitator, mediator, peer support professional, and advocate. I create grounded experiences that help people reconnect with themselves through reflection, honest self-inquiry, and real communication.
This work is personal to me. It comes from both lived experience and the long process of becoming someone I can live with — someone honest, grounded, and real.
I know what it’s like to spend years shrinking, carrying too much quietly, and trying to make everyone else comfortable while losing pieces of yourself in the process. I also know what it takes to stop doing that.
Everything I offer comes from that place.
I’m not here to impress you, fix you, or tell you who you are. I’m here to create space for people to hear themselves more clearly, reconnect with their own truth, and stop abandoning themselves in the process.
