We know there are so many people out there who are overwhelmed and struggling. These questions are really helpful when you find yourself in that place. Addressing your basic needs can truly help you through a heavy moment.

We know it won’t solve the bigger issue, but the goal is to see yourself through the heavy moment. Making it to the other side, taking it step by step. Minute by minute. Hour by hour. Day by day. You’ve made it this far, and you will make it through this, too. You are stronger and more capable than you think.
