What a weekend! 🤠❤️

We kicked things off at Pretzel Arena supporting one of our favorite trick riders, Carlie Hale. At just 13 years old, Carlie continues to amaze audiences by not only performing trick riding but also adding liberty work and Roman riding to her performances. Her dedication, talent, and horsemanship at such a young age are truly impressive. My daughter is a huge fan and looks up to both Carlie and Tracie Dewitt, and it has been wonderful watching young riders inspire the next generation of horsewomen.

We wrapped up the weekend at the Kopy Kat Classic, which raised enough money to donate over $8,000 to the Virginia Tech Helmet Lab for ongoing helmet safety research.

This event was organized by Christy Lyons, a previously sponsored client and one of my very first clients long before I decided to pursue my business full time.

After experiencing an extremely unfortunate accident at a show, Christy became passionate about raising awareness for helmet safety. She knows firsthand that without her helmet, the outcome could have been very different. Rather than letting that experience define her, she turned it into a mission to help others and make the equestrian community safer.

I am incredibly proud of everything Christy has accomplished. Seeing her organize her first show and raise over $8,000 for helmet safety research is an amazing achievement. Her dedication, determination, and commitment to helping others will make a difference for years to come.

It’s going to be a busy weekend!

Friday and Saturday I’ll be at the Pretzel Arena supporting my sponsored trick rider, Carlie Hale! While I won’t have a booth set up, I’ll be there with all of my equipment and available if anyone needs Magnawave, cold laser, massage, or other bodywork services during the event.

Then on Sunday, you’ll find me set up at the Kopy Kat Classic at the WVU Reedsville Farm! Stop by, say hello, ask questions, or learn more about how bodywork can help your animal perform and feel their best.

Tiny assistant. Big heart. 🐾✨
Today’s treatment helper took her job very seriously, making sure every animal got extra love, supervision, and probably a few bonus snacks. From handing me tools to keeping the patients company, she’s already learning that animal care is about more than treatment… it’s about patience, compassion, and showing up with a kind heart.

Safe to say I’ve got the cutest little coworker around. 💕🐴🐶🐐

Meet the crew behind the scenes 🐴✨

• Sonia (16) – the wise, steady soul
• Cabela (10) – the quiet strength
• Jameson (12) – always keeping life interesting
• Denali (10) – currently off chasing big goals in training

Fun little twist: Cabela and Denali are half siblings and were born just one day apart… basically twins with their own flair.

Being an animal bodyworker means I pour a lot into everyone else’s horses, which sometimes leaves my own time with these four feeling… borrowed and fleeting. When I do get that time, there’s always the tug-of-war: ride, or work on their bodies? And truthfully, sometimes the ride waits. Because keeping them feeling their best comes first, even if it means trading saddle time for hands-on care.

Real life moment: we recently found a cut on Cabela’s leg, and that meant shifting gears. We focused MagnaWave on the area and paired it with cold laser to help manage swelling and support the healing process. Sometimes the small moments of care are the most important ones.

They all received MagnaWave and ANMR sessions this time around (except Denali for now while he’s away), making sure they stay balanced, comfortable, and ready for whatever comes next.

And of course, I’ve got my shadow with me at all times 🐾
Harley, my one-year-old Border Collie, professional sidekick and full-time supervisor of all things horse-related.

This little herd is my why, my reset, and my reminder that even when time feels tight, the care we give matters most 🤍

Big milestone over here ✨
I received my cupping certification yesterday and I’m beyond excited to officially add this to what I offer!

Also… can we talk about the package it came with?! They seriously nailed it. The bag is amazing, and there were so many other goodies tucked in there too (like a little celebration in a box 🎁).

Grateful, excited, and ready to put this work into practice—your animals are going to love this addition 💆‍♀️🐾🐴
