When was the last time you actually checked in with yourself?

Not a full to-do list, not a fix-everything plan — just a quiet moment to notice how you're really doing. So much of wellness starts here, with simply paying attention to what your body's been trying to tell you.

Here's a simple one you can come back to anytime:

🌿 How did I sleep?
🌿 Where am I holding tension?
🌿 What's my energy like right now?
🌿 Have I eaten and hydrated today?
🌿 What is my body asking for?

What did you notice from your check in? You don’t have to have all the answers, but maybe we can help. Let us know in the comments (or DM us) some observations you had and we can give you tips to add to your routine that might help.
Save this one and come back to it whenever you need a reset.

Did you know that hours of scrolling — aka doomscrolling — can actually spike your cortisol levels?

Cortisol is your body's main stress hormone, and when it stays elevated, it's been linked to increased anxiety and trouble sleeping. So if you're scrolling late into the night and then lying awake wondering why you can't fall asleep… your phone might be part of the story.

Try this: put the phone away for the last hour before bed and see if you notice a difference. Your nervous system will thank you. 🌿

Testosterone isn’t just a “men’s” hormone — it matters for women, too.
It plays a role in your energy, your strength, your focus, and even your motivation and s*x drive. When levels dip too low, it can show up as fatigue, brain fog, low libido, and just feeling less like yourself.

The good news? You don’t have to write it off as “just getting older.” Swipe through to learn how testosterone affects the body — and know that support is here when you’re ready. 🌿

3 symptoms your body has learned to live with — but shouldn't have to.

Brain fog: that fuzzy, can't-quite-focus feeling you've started blaming on a busy schedule.
Insomnia: restless nights and a tiredness that sleep doesn't fix.
Reduced arousal: a dip in desire that's easy to brush off, but worth paying attention to.

Just because you've gotten used to these doesn't mean they're normal. Often, they're your body's way of asking for support — and that's something we can help with. 🌿

Progesterone does more than you might think. It plays a role in how you sleep, how rested you feel, and how your body settles at the end of the day.
When it’s out of balance, that can show up as restless nights, trouble winding down, and a tiredness that sleep doesn’t seem to fix.
Here’s the thing: you don’t have to just live with it. Swipe through to learn how progesterone affects the body — and know that support is here when you’re ready. 🌿

What does it look like when your estrogen levels aren't where they should be?
Brain fog. Forgetfulness. That "off" feeling you can't quite name. If this sounds familiar — you're not just absent-minded, and you don't have to keep pushing through it.
Let us help you get back to feeling like you again. 🌿
