Breastfeeding wasn’t always easy for my son and I. We did a lot of adapting along the way early on. The difference between quitting and continuing, struggling and thriving was our IBCLC Heather. 💓

At The Nurtured Mama, we’re celebrating every feeding journey and every family. Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, or simply looking for support, we’re here to encourage you with compassionate, evidence-based care every step of the way.

Went on a milk delivery today, and a sweet mom gifted me this beautiful loaf of sourdough bread she freshly baked.
