🚨 THE NEW BOOKING SITE GOES LIVE TOMORROW! 🚨 8/15
Starting tomorrow, all new bookings for September and beyond will be made directly through my website!
Please note:
August appointments will still remain in the current booking system. If you already booked a September appointment in the current system, that appointment will stay there too — you do NOT need to rebook it.
So… what’s new? 👀
✨ Booking is now built directly into my website
No more bouncing between different platforms. Everything will be in one place, creating a much more seamless experience for both you AND me on the back end.
✨ Your own client account
You’ll be able to log in to view and manage your appointments and other account features.
✨ NEW Loyalty Program
Rewards will now be tracked automatically because LORD knows I currently have way too many things I’m manually keeping track of 😂
✨ NEW Referral Rewards
You’ll have your own personal referral link, and the system will automatically keep track of your rewards.
✨ Deposits instead of full payment
Most appointments will now only require a deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.
However: if unpaid balances or fees become an issue, I will absolutely go back to requiring full payment at booking. 😭😂
✨ You can now manage your own appointments
You’ll be able to reschedule and cancel eligible appointments directly through your account.
Please make sure you read the NEW cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies before booking.
✨ NO MORE APPOINTMENT CUSTOMIZATION FORMS! 🙌🏾
Eligible add-ons, enhancements and session preferences can now be selected right when you book your appointment. One less form for you to remember and one less thing for me to manually keep track of!
✨ More customization + new enhancements
The new rollout gives me more room to continue expanding the experience with additional enhancements and services, including Sound Healing and more to come.
✨ Updated forms + easier record keeping
Required intake and health information, rewards, referrals and more will all be connected within the new system.
✨ PACKAGE HOLDERS — PLEASE READ!
I have texted many of you already. In order to book your package sessions through the new system, you MUST create your account on the website first so I can transfer your remaining package sessions over.
That is the only way your package can be connected to you in the new system and the only way you will be able to book using your package.
Once your account is created, I can handle the transfer on my end.

With the new website setup, you will need to subscribe to the mailing list in order to receive emails, announcements, updates and other information from me.
The subscription box is located at the bottom of the website, so make sure you scroll down and sign up!
But I also want to make something clear…
The September rollout is NOT just about a new booking platform.
It’s new rates.
New policies and procedures.
New systems.
New enhancements.
New ways to customize your experience.
And honestly… a fresh new beginning for Massage Is Life.
I’ve learned A LOT throughout the years of running this business — what works, what doesn’t, what I can continue doing and what simply is no longer sustainable.
This next chapter is about taking everything I’ve learned and using it to build a business that is organized, sustainable and able to continue growing without running me into the ground.
Massage Is Life is also entering a new era as I prepare to begin offering services in other states through multi-state licensure. That means creating systems that can grow WITH me, whether I’m working here in Buffalo or eventually providing services elsewhere.
So yes, you’ll see some changes.
You’ll see new rates.
You’ll see new policies.
You’ll see new services and enhancements.
You’ll see more automation.
You’ll see me doing things a little differently.
But all of it is intentional.
This new rollout is really about making things simpler, more organized and more automated while creating a better experience for my clients AND a healthier, more sustainable business for me.
Because while y’all see the appointment… behind the scenes I have been manually tracking packages, rewards, referrals, forms, payments, credits and 47 other things. 😂
Tomorrow starts the transition!
