We’re so excited to share this summer’s schedule with you—get ready for another season of relaxing, recharging, and connecting right by the water.

Find ease, strength, and mobility in this uplifting chair-based yoga class designed for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a beginner, returning to movement, or prefer a supported practice, this session offers gentle stretches, mindful breathing,
and accessible poses that improve balance, flexibility, and joint comfort — all without getting down on the floor. Join us in stretchy clothes to move at your own pace, reconnect with your body, and enjoy a supportive community space where every
participant can thrive.

Dates: Tuesdays, February 10 - June 9 (NO CLASS: February 17, April 7)
Time: 5:30 - 6:30pm
Location: Armor Elementary School, Library Media Center
Cost: $170
