Making lasting changes in life is not a lost cause or a hopeless case. It doesn't matter what age people are, what walk of life they come from, or if they come from a place of wealth or poverty. When they (or their loved ones) feel lost and hopeless, life becomes chaotic. Their day-to-day lives boil over with distress, undesirable behaviors, and limiting conditions keeping them stuck, enduring things they don't want to be experiencing.
They may have quick answers and stories for why their life is the way it is, and cling to the very things they say they don’t want in life. We need to ask ourselves, why?
