Some days I just stop and think how lucky I am to do something that is so good for me, brings me so much joy, and then get to share it with others. 🤍

Movement, community, and purpose—all in one place. Grateful every day.

I went into thinking I was there just for my TMJ.

What I got was so much more.

We uncovered areas of misalignment, stagnant fascia, compensation patterns, and tightness throughout my entire body that I didn’t even realize were connected. What started as a conversation about my jaw became a head-to-toe assessment and treatment that helped me better understand how everything works together.

I left feeling more aligned, more mobile, and honestly just more aware of my body.

One of the most interesting takeaways was learning that my Pilates practice has likely been helping keep many of these issues from becoming even more significant. The strength, stability, body awareness, and movement patterns I’ve built over the years have been supporting me in ways I didn’t fully appreciate until now.

If you’ve been dealing with TMJ, chronic tension, unexplained aches, or just feel like your body isn’t functioning at its best, I can’t recommend this experience enough. Sometimes the symptom isn’t the whole story—and getting curious about the root cause can be incredibly powerful.

After years of jaw pain, clenching, headaches, and all the fun that comes with TMJ, I’m finally trying something new today. 👏

Heading to to see if we can get to the root of what’s been going on. I’m equal parts hopeful and curious, so consider this the “before” video.

I’ll share my honest experience, what the treatment was like, and my thoughts about it after my appointment. Stay tuned.

Painting has become one of my favorite mental health tools. There’s something about getting lost in the colors, focusing on each brushstroke, and letting my mind slow down for a little while.

One of the best parts? Sharing pieces with people I love. Seeing something that brought me peace bring joy to someone else is such a special feeling. Art has a way of connecting us, and I’m grateful for every canvas, every lesson, and every smile it’s created along the way. 🎨✨

Me and Pilates? It’s a love story. 🤍

Is this love… because it feels like it. The kind that challenges you, humbles you, and somehow always brings you back for more.

I did not expect to fall this hard but here we are — and I would not change a thing.

Another day, another Pilates class.

One of the things I love most about this practice is that my body is always showing up in new ways. Some days feel strong, some days feel challenging, and every class teaches me something about where I can grow.

The learning never really stops—and that’s what keeps me coming back. Thanks for creating the space to do so!

The girls who get it, get it.

At this point, if I go more than 24 hours without mentioning movement, someone should probably check on me.
