Back in Balance Chiropractic now has our very own Massage therapist! We are so excited to have Melanie Elliott join our team!

Melanie is a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist with over 17 years of experience in the field of massage therapy. Originally from New Hampshire, Melanie relocated to North Carolina over two decades ago, where she has established a reputation for her clinical expertise and holistic approach to wellness.
Since earning her license in 2007, Melanie has cultivated a specialized practice focused on restorative and therapeutic techniques. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of human anatomy and the body’s interconnected systems. She specializes in several advanced modalities, including:
• Neuromuscular Therapy & Fascia Release: Focused on addressing chronic pain, improving mobility, and releasing structural tension.
• Lymphatic Drainage: Supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes and immune health.
