MEET OUR TEAM — Meet Jason Kennedy, Lead Funeral Director & Supervisor at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home. A Butler native with 25 years in funeral service, Jason’s calling began at age 16 after his own family experienced the compassion and care of Thompson-Miller. Today, he brings that same genuine care to the families he serves.

Jason specializes in pre-planning, at-need arrangements, and creating personalized services that truly reflect each person’s life, relationships, and story. He believes trust, honesty, and meaningful relationships are at the heart of exceptional funeral care.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, their children, Kelsey and Everly, and their Boxer, Axle. He also loves camping, kayaking, golfing, swimming, and music—and remains deeply connected to the Butler community.

After 25 years, Jason still considers it a privilege to help families through some of life’s most difficult moments. His commitment is simple: to serve every family with genuine care, respect, compassion, and trust. 💙
