Business Information:
In home collections are primarily scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Depending on the situation accommodations can be made.
Coverage for the Lawrence County, Northern Beaver County and some of Mercer County area is primarily on Tuesdays.
Wednesdays I begin my day at a facility in Robinson Twp, Allegheny County.
In home collections can be scheduled starting at 10am in Allegheny, Beaver, and Butler areas.
Prices start at $30 a collection.
Pricing is dependent on time, mileage, and supply amount needed for collection.
If scheduling an in home collection for yourself and a family member at the same time and location a $10 discount will be applied.
My fee is not able to be processed through insurance. It is an out of pocket expense due at the time of collection.
Specimens are primarily dropped off at UPMC, Quest, and Lab Corp.
The specimen drop off location will bill insurance for testing.
UPMC is my preferred drop off location.
This is due to result turn around time and hours of operation.
Upon collection and payment I will provide you with a receipt for payment. (If I forget it's mailed to you.)
You may inquire with your insurance company for possible reimbursement of my out of pocket fee.
