Recovery Connect HIIT class tonight at 6pm. Recreate Fitness 750 1st street. Door by the alley.
Do hard things, and make them great things.
In addiction we wanted that instant gratification. Doing a HIIT class is hard while doing it, but the lasting effect on our mental and physical help make our lives easier. Livin Life one challenge at a time.

Recovery is possible, and in Montana, the people proving it are helping others do the same. 💙

Opioid overdose deaths in our state have more than doubled since 2014, and fentanyl-linked deaths rose again in 2025. Treatment access still has gaps, especially in rural areas.

That's where Certified Peer Support Specialists come in. They're people with at least two years of recovery and state-approved training who walk alongside someone else's journey. National research links peer support to less substance use, fewer hospitalizations, and less isolation.
