250 days ago, we went all in. We bet it all on black.
250 days ago, we closed escrow on the building that would become Nine Realms Athletics—a building that had spent years serving the community as a thrift store.
We had a clear vision from the beginning: continue that tradition of serving the community and create another landmark for Caldwell.
We set out to build the gym we wanted to train in—and the gym we believed this community deserved.
Late in the afternoon on December 2nd, we were handed the keys.
At 7:00 AM on December 3rd, demolition started.
And we haven’t looked back since.
Looking back on these last 250 days—and the 39 months of work, planning, setbacks, and persistence that came before them—it’s been one hell of a ride.
Long days. Sleepless nights. Nonstop work. Sacrifice. Risk. Growth.
There were plenty of moments when the easier choice would have been to slow down, scale back, or walk away.
We didn’t.
And we wouldn’t change a single part of the process.
Because every wall torn down, every piece of equipment moved in, every late night, and every obstacle along the way helped build more than a gym.
And we are just getting started!! What’s next??
