So honored to serve on the board of the Stanwood Commerce Alliance. I’ve always wanted to give back to my community in meaningful ways and help create spaces where people feel supported and connected, while helping provide greater access to mental health resources.

I’m just getting started, but I’m really looking forward to doing the work and supporting the people and businesses that make this community what it is. It’s an honor to be part of a group that’s focused on supporting local businesses and helping Stanwood continue to grow and thrive. Grateful for the opportunity and excited for what’s ahead!

Self-care isn’t extra — it’s a non-negotiable. Therapy is deep work, but it’s also human, warm, and sometimes a little lighthearted. You don’t have to do hard things alone 💙

Things I learned in 2025:

• My nervous system sets the pace, not my goals
• Insight without safety doesn’t stick
• Rest is a clinical need, not a reward
• Presence is more effective than productivity
• Small rituals regulate big emotions
• Stillness is an intervention

Things I’m leaving in 2025:

• Over-explaining to feel secure
• Hustling through dysregulation
• Treating rest like a luxury
• Rushing through moments meant to be felt

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about feeling safe enough to be who you already are 💙
