I'm Rachel and I'm excited to help you learn to love and appreciate your body. Many people want to feel good about themselves and are tired of allowing societal stress around weight and body-image keep them from being happy. Health and wellness are a personal matter but living life fully, no matter your size, is the key to overall wellness and happiness. The truth is: learning how to love your bod

y can feel overwhelming and confusing - but it doesn't have to be! I created More to Love (MTL) in 2013 as an opportunity for you to learn and apply body acceptance to your own life, no matter your size. Blending lessons from my own experience overcoming poor body image coupled with the proven tools I learned through my life coach and yoga training, my approach to health and happiness is designed to help you, love, accept and appreciate your body a little bit more each day. No diets, no insane workouts, no tricks, no shaming yourself into being "better." MTL helps you apply solid principles of body acceptance that work for your unique body and life. Health and wellness are spectrums and the only body you've got to focus on is your own. MTL is here to help you figure those pieces out in an inspiring, honest and deeply rewarding way. I invite you to explore my website, read the blog, check out a yoga class at my studio just outside Boston in Somerville, MA, take my online course, and many more exciting opportunities along the way. I'm committed to creating a community which helps women like you practice and transform your relationship with your own body. More to Lovingly Yours,

Rachel

Feeling overwhelmed? Slow down, steady your body, and step into a goddess pose with a deep backbend. Let your head fall back, open your jaw wide, scrunch your nose, furrow your brow – release all that tension and then let it all go. Shake it out and find your equilibrium.

20 years ago, I made a promise to myself:
I’m going to follow what I love—what pulls me, what feels like home.

There’s no question now: in the work of More to Love, I am home.

I turned down graduate school at UPenn to pursue a hands-on coaching program that aligned more deeply with how I learn and work.

I took a leave from Harvard University to train as a yoga teacher—then, three years later, left to build this work full time.

Since then, I’ve taught thousands of people how to be in their bodies…to feel, to listen, to experience enoughness—and believe it.

I’ve also done that work myself—through tears, struggle, illness, injury, and growth. I know what this practice asks, and I know what it gives.

More to Love isn’t just something I teach.
It’s something I’ve lived—and something I know works.

Now, I’ve created a new space to make this work more personal, more focused, and more accessible.

I’d love to meet you in The Space in Arlington, MA.
I’m booking my first round of Grounding Sessions for mid-May.

Initially, body image made yoga feel challenging. Rushing through poses didn't help. But embracing thoughtfulness, flowing in and out based on body sensations, transformed the practice. It's about approach, not just strength or flexibility.

Yoga teaches us to be kind to our bodies and minds, accepting whatever we're facing. True compassion isn't forced; it arises when we release and let go. Frustrating when we want it now, but our inner awareness unfolds in its own time.

Introducing… The Space by More to Love Yoga! Coming this May to the Boston area.

I’m opening a dedicated More to Love Yoga space in Arlington (inside a private office at Perception Optical) for one-on-one work and small group experiences.

I’m calling it The Space—a grounded, supportive environment where we can go deeper into the kind of work that truly transforms: listening to the body through yoga and building a more connected, steady relationship with yourself.

My vision is to guide people through tailored 1:1 yoga and wellness experiences that support meaningful, lasting change.

For 20 years, I’ve devoted myself to learning, training, and teaching others how to “be well” in a world that often asks us to override or diminish our bodies and lived experience.

The Space may be for you if…
• You want expert support that honors your body instead of trying to override it
• You’re carrying stress, tension, pain, shutdown, or overwhelm—and want a more skillful response
• You’re ready for a more personal, nuanced kind of healing path

If you’d like to stay in the loop or be the first to hear when appointments open, send me a message or email.
