If you’re eating less, exercising more, and the scale still won’t move… this could be why.

When insulin stays elevated for long periods, your body has a harder time accessing stored fat for energy. That means you can feel hungry, tired, and stuck in a frustrating cycle.

Instead of obsessing over calories alone, start asking:
✅ Is my blood sugar stable?
✅ Am I eating enough protein and fiber?
✅ Am I constantly snacking?
✅ Am I giving my body time between meals?

Weight loss isn’t always about eating less.
Sometimes it’s about improving your metabolic health first.

👇 Have you been told “just eat less” but it never worked? Comment STUCK if that sounds familiar.

When insulin is low, the fat will go. The scale is not moving because you’re keeping your insulin high all day. Comment if you want to learn more about the three step process that I follow to keep my insulin low.

What if the biggest thing keeping you stuck isn’t a lack of willpower—it’s bad nutrition advice?

❌ Lie #1: “Eat every 2–3 hours to boost your metabolism.”
❌ Lie #2: “Fat makes you fat.”
❌ Lie #3: “All calories are created equal.”
❌ Lie #4: “Low-fat foods are healthier.”
❌ Lie #5: “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.”

The truth? Your hormones, blood sugar, and insulin response matter just as much as calories. Choosing whole foods, prioritizing protein and fiber, and cutting back on ultra-processed foods can make a bigger difference than following outdated nutrition myths.

💬 Which of these lies did you believe? Let me know below.

Comment FAST!! Fasting gives your body a break from constantly processing food, allowing insulin levels to drop and your metabolism to work more efficiently. It may support fat burning, reduce inflammation, improve insulin sensitivity, and give your cells time to repair.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your health… is nothing at all. 🍽️➡️🔥

When your body is constantly overloaded with sugar, insulin levels stay elevated, making it harder to burn fat, increasing cravings, draining your energy, and over time contributing to insulin resistance. Left unchecked, it can also increase the risk of fatty liver, inflammation, and type 2 diabetes.

Your body wasn’t designed to run on a constant sugar drip. Give it the nutrients it needs to thrive. 💪

Remember it is important to have Fiber before your meals or sugary treats. This can help slow digestion and the absorption of carbohydrates, leading to a smaller rise in blood sugar after eating. That can support steadier energy, fewer cravings, and better metabolic health over time. Small habits done consistently often have the biggest impact. 🌱💪
