I just read something that has me thinking .

“Body’s are made in the kitchen “

Did you know that what you fuel your body with is 80% of your journey ??

Let that sink in for a second , then ask yourself what are you consuming that may be holding you back ?

For me it was extra coffee drinks that I never accounted for and a small snack at bed time . Those habits pile up. Something so simple can be blocking you from your goal .

I have to implement a keep it clean and simple rule .

What is your guilty pleasure that you tend to indulge in a little too often ?

This morning, I decided to go for a nice quiet jog. This soon turned into this !! At first I was honestly disappointed that my quiet time was going to be interrupted. But I was soon proved wrong . Blessed to be on this journey with them . My own little team momma.
