As Su***de Prevention Month comes to a close, our commitment to one another doesn’t.

Life comes with moments that feel difficult, overwhelming, or uncertain. It’s okay to acknowledge those feelings and give yourself permission to slow down, rest, and ask for support when you need it.

You don’t have to have everything figured out all the time.

Your emotions are valid. Your struggles matter. And reaching out for help is a sign of strength.

Su***de prevention doesn’t end when September does. Continue to check in with yourself and the people around you. Ask how someone is doing. Listen without judgment. Remind the people in your life that they matter.

Sometimes, a simple conversation can open the door to support, connection, and hope.

If you need support, call 988 or text “Got5” to 741741 to connect with someone who is ready to listen.

Hope is a community effort, all year long. 💜

We understand that some days can be harder than others. Try to remember, especially on those difficult days, you are not alone and help is available. 💙🫂

When you’re spending long hours out in the sun, surrounded by crowds and constant stimulation, taking care of yourself matters. Taking a moment to check in with yourself isn’t taking away from the experience, it’s what helps you stay present in it.

Save this for your next weekend out 💙

💡 The stigma around mental health is shifting—a majority of U.S. adults say there’s no shame in having a mental health disorder. Talking openly about mental health is one of the most powerful ways we can keep breaking down barriers.
