Just a reminder that L2 Wellness is closed today, and will now be closed on Tuesdays going forward. We’ll be back open tomorrow and can’t wait to see you!

You may also notice a little upgrade when you come in — we redid the concrete at our front entrance. No more navigating a giant puddle on rainy days before your recovery session. 🙌🏼

And of course, we had to add a little extra love before the concrete dried. ✨

A small detail that means a whole lot to us. 🤍

A few September dates to keep on your radar! 🍂

We’ll be closed Labor Day, Monday 9/7, and Tuesday 9/8 will be our first official Tuesday closed as we move into our new schedule.

We’ll also have a brief one-hour closure from 1–2 PM on Wednesday 9/9.

Then on Sunday 9/13, we’ll be closed for the FLX Triathlon while L2 is there as a vendor.

I’ll also be out there racing my first Sprint Triathlon! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ So if you’re participating or coming out to cheer everyone on, be sure to stop by the L2 setup and say hi.

Bone health is something we should be thinking about long before older age.

Falls are the leading cause of injury in adults 65+. Each year in the U.S., older adults experience an estimated 37 million falls, resulting in about 9 million fall-related injuries, 3 million emergency department visits, and nearly 1 million hospitalizations.
