~ Mind, Body, Soul My name is Katy and I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years!

I became passionate about teaching when I took my practice more seriously and found the benefits to my mental and spiritual health blossom out of that dedication. I am focused in teaching alignment and really understanding where we want our bodies to be in space to help make the most out of our practice as well as preventing injury. In addition when we know our alignment is right we can connect to

breath and mindset when we aren't so focused on the physical aspect of the practice. Yoga helps to ground me, realign my body and spirit and I love to share that with others, because yoga is good for everyone.
