I get excited about helping people create change in their lives and especially their beliefs about themselves and their futures. I work with men, women and adolescents and I want to help you move forward from what has held you back so far. If you struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, or relationships stresses, you are not alone. I can help you gain a new perspective and tools to help you get unstuck - without judgment. If you are part of a Native American community, I am familiar with the unique challenges you are facing and want to help in healing.
