“Just 10–15 minutes.” That’s what I told myself before working out today. 😂

The first 10 minutes were a struggle, but I kept going. Then I started finding my rhythm, and it reminded me of building a business.

In the beginning, everything feels unfamiliar. You question yourself, overthink, and wonder if you can really do this. But as you keep learning and showing up, some things start getting easier.

I still have hard days in business. Today was just a reminder to give myself time before deciding I can’t. 🩷

Marketing can be as simple as you make it. For some people, it comes naturally. For others, it’s a skill they learn by making the calls, starting conversations, and showing up again tomorrow. You don’t have to be a natural to get good at it.
