📚🏍️🔥 BRUCE’S SECOND WIND IS OFFICIALLY IN THE BOOKS! 🔥🏍️📚

Harrison Corner came alive for the 1st Annual Bruce’s Second Wind Motorcycle Run, presented by our friends at REC4!

The motorcycles brought the thunder—but the people brought the heart.

Riders, passengers, friends, families, volunteers and members of the recovery community gathered together for a day built around connection, purpose and freedom.

Recovery does not always look the same. Sometimes it happens around a meeting table. Sometimes it happens over a shared meal. And sometimes it happens on the open road, surrounded by people who remind us that we never have to travel alone.

Thank you to everyone who came through Harrison Corner and helped make this first ride som**hing worth remembering.

The first motorcycle run may be in the books—but Bruce’s Second Wind is only beginning!

Tomorrow isn’t just another Monday.

It’s the FIRST meeting of a brand-new He**in Anonymous meeting right here at Harrison Corner.

And somewhere in our community tonight, there may be someone who desperately needs to know that this room will be waiting for them tomorrow.

Someone tired of fighting alone.

Someone who has tried before.

Someone with one day clean—or someone with years of recovery who still understands the importance of one addict helping another.

Someone who isn’t even sure they’re ready yet.

Come anyway.

❤️ THIS is the heart of Harrison Corner.

Recovery was never meant to be a waiting room where people simply stay busy long enough for life to get better.

It is an opportunity to build a life.

At Harrison Corner, we want people to experience recovery—not simply occupy their time in it.

That means fellowship.
It means laughter.
It means responsibility.
It means learning to trust again.
It means discovering healthy relationships.
It means showing up for somebody else.
It means finding purpose beyond yourself.

And somewhere along that journey, som**hing beautiful begins to happen:

A person stops seeing themselves only through the lens of who they used to be…

…and begins discovering who they can become.

That’s why the cookouts matter.

That’s why the meetings matter.

That’s why sitting around a table together matters.

That’s why picking up the phone, giving someone a ride, sharing a meal, telling the truth, and welcoming the newcomer matter.

These things may look ordinary from the outside.

But recovery is often built through ordinary moments that become extraordinary over time.

We’re not here to create people who forever depend upon programs.

We’re here to create community where people can discover their own strength, develop meaningful relationships, find purpose, and eventually carry what they’ve been given into the life of someone else.

That’s when recovery becomes more than som**hing we do.

It becomes who we are. ❤️
