al side of sports. We acknowledge everyones mental health is different and situationally unique. Some athletes may struggle with trauma, deep wounds, or life changing events that go beyond our Mental Fitness Mentality Manual. Our program is not a replacement for traditional therapy or medical intervention, but we are happy to offer resources that may provide student-athletes with the support they need to overcome their personal battles. Team Talks-Coach Q will lead group oriented discussions focused on addressing each team's mental fitness needs (custom plans available). Coaching Clinics-Provide coaches with mental health training session-helping them understand warning signs, ways to help their athletes, and resourcing. Mental Fitness Mentality Manual-All Paths developed journal including mental fitness tools and strategies. Available for individual purchase.
