When the customer wants to upgrade their boat lift from a single straight drop to a compound pulley setup, without changing the 4” x 6” I-beams out, you tell them to cut off the ends and we’ll handle the rest. Now a fully capable 10,000lb. boat lift with brand new cables and fresh aluminum bunks from the old bowed wood ones. Another happy customer! It’s never the dockside motor but my tools make changing out the far motor quick and easy. The old one lost its internals cover so the rain did it’s dirty work on it. Rusty water came pouring out once it was de-installed. Had the new one up and running before the snook left the area with the tide though! Even with the wiring being a little interesting. This was a fun cradle swap and tri-pontoon bunk install. Customer got the boat earlier than the aluminum bunks would be done so we improvised and made some wood ones to at least get the boat out of the water. The final product turned real sleek and the customer was elated 😎

A fresh, clean setup for this happy customer! Brand new TEC Remote system with an auto stop/limit switch. Had to get a little creative with the placement of the limit switch when canopy framework showed up installed when it wasn’t a week before during the initial inspection of the lift. Work around it 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

When the hurricane in 2018 ripped the wiring right out of the motor and a full switch, we get creative in replacing it all on concrete pilings. Up and running in 2 days
