✨ A peek inside my Spinning Babies® Parent Class! ✨

This past week, I had the pleasure of working with two wonderful couples who jumped right in and practiced techniques to help create balance and space for baby to find a great position for birth. 🤰💕

We practiced daily essentials, comfort measures, labor positions, and ways to work with the different levels of the pelvis to encourage baby to rotate and move through labor.

Andrea especially loved lying on her abdomen for a little while as Zac gave her a gentle jiggle. 😊 And Natalia loved learning all the different positions she and her partner can use during labor!

I love watching couples discover, “Wow…we can actually DO something to prepare!” ❤️

Spinning Babies® Parent Class is so much more than a traditional childbirth class. It’s a warm, interactive experience designed for expectant couples who want to feel more confident, connected, and prepared for birth.

In this relaxed 3-hour class, you’ll learn simple, practical techniques that can bring greater comfort and ease during pregnancy and labor while helping the baby find an ideal position for birth.

Together we’ll explore:
• Daily practices that help create balance and space for the baby
• Gentle activities to help you and your partner connect with your baby before birth
• Comfort measures and labor positions to support labor progress
• Helpful techniques for when labor feels stalled or more challenging

Rather than spending hours searching the internet and feeling overwhelmed, come enjoy a supportive class experience that leaves you feeling encouraged, informed, and empowered.

Classes are held twice monthly and can take place in my home or yours for added comfort and convenience.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY 2026
As I reflect on my 30+ years as a Nurse-Midwife, my heart is filled with gratitude. It has truly been one of the greatest honors and blessings of my life to walk beside so many mothers and families during one of the most sacred mom

One of my greatest joys is seeing the children grow over the years and even caring for families I once delivered long ago. Through labor support, delivery, postpartum care, and teaching Spinning Babies classes, my goal was always to help mothers feel safe, calm, educated, empowered, and deeply loved.

To all the moms who trusted me — thank you. And thank you to the dads and families who allowed me to be part of your journey. Even in retirement, while only working a few hours a month, I still cherish staying close to mothers and babies.

May God continue to bless your families with love, health, joy, and peace. I will forever hold these memories close to my heart. ❤️

✨ Birth Preparation with Spinning Babies®✨
This sweet couple came in with the desire for a smooth, gentle, and natural birth. Together we worked through the Spinning Babies® Three Balances, Rest Smart, and the Daily Essentials to help support balance in the body during pregnancyand birth.

Mom also received fascial releases, and she shared that in the days following she felt more relaxed, more limber, and much more comfortable.

It is always a joy to help families prepare their bodies for birth gently and naturally.
