Happy 2-year Catalyst anniversary, Hannah! 💙🩵

It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since we first met at that little pizza place downtown! You took a chance on me and on Catalyst when there were so many unknowns, and I am so incredibly thankful that you did.

I still remember those early days when you made the drive to Dexter every single day, helping build the foundation of what Catalyst has become. You came to us as an RBT from the school setting, and over the last two years I’ve had the privilege of watching you grow into a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst and a thoughtful leader.

Today, you help lead our behavior analyst services within our contracted school district, mentor and support our RBTs, and are someone our team looks to for guidance. You lead with thoughtfulness, compassion, and professionalism, and you genuinely care about the people around you.

I’m so proud of everything you’ve accomplished over these last two years, and I can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you. Thank you for believing in this mission from the very beginning.

Happy 2-year Catalyst anniversary, Kayla Clark! 💙🩵

Two years ago, you joined Catalyst as one of our very first team members, and what a journey it has been! Watching you grow from Behavior Technician, to RBT, and now to Provisionally Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst has been incredible.

You have become someone I know I can always count on. Whether it’s answering an early morning phone call, updating schedules late at night, jumping in when staff or clients are sick, helping keep our clinics running smoothly, or simply being there whenever something needs to be done—you never hesitate. So much of what happens behind the scenes to keep Catalyst moving forward is because of you.

Thank you for your dedication, your flexibility, your willingness to help, and your heart for both our team and the families we serve. You’ve been there through so many seasons of growth, and you’ve played such an important role in helping build Catalyst into what it is today.
