Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations & Documentation Now Available in Pennsylvania

I am pleased to offer comprehensive Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations and clinical documentation services for individuals seeking support related to mental health and emotional functioning.

As a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania, I provide thorough, individualized assessments to determine whether an Emotional Support Animal is clinically appropriate as part of a client’s overall mental health treatment and support plan.

Services may include:
• Clinical assessment and evaluation
• Review of emotional and psychological symptoms
• Determination of functional impairment and therapeutic need
• Professionally prepared ESA documentation, when clinically indicated

All evaluations are conducted ethically, confidentially, and in accordance with current professional standards and applicable housing guidelines. My approach prioritizes legitimate clinical assessment and individualized care rather than “instant approval” services commonly found online.

Please note:
• ESA documentation is provided only when supported by clinical evaluation and medical necessity.
• Emotional Support Animals are distinct from trained service animals and are generally intended for housing-related accommodations.

I’m excited to share that I’m now seeing clients at VanWert Counseling and Wellness in Carbondale, PA. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health and recovery field, I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t come from complicated techniques—it comes from having a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard. That’s the kind of environment I strive to create with every client.
