Anchor of Hope Hospice is looking for volunteers to help us provide compassionate care to our patients!
We're looking for individuals who can:
- play an instrument or sing to patients 🎹
- read a book aloud to patients 📖
- watch movies with patients 🎬
- paint patients nails 💅
- do activities and crafts with patients 🎨
- animal therapy 🐕
- help with bereavement follow up (grief support) 🫂
- help with office work/filing/administration 📃
And more!
We provide training, shadowing, and continued support throughout your hospice volunteer journey.
We also have the ability to tailor volunteer work to your unique gifts and interests, so if there is something not listed you'd love to share with our patients, we want to hear from you!
Placements are available in Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Fishers, Indianapolis, Greenwood and more.
