I offered this morning meditation a few weeks ago and based on the positive response, well, here we go again. If you have ever been curious about the practice of meditation, or if you are a meditator of any sort yourself, why not consider this? Meditation offers clarity, stability, calmness, a sense of freeing relaxation. The sessions are a half hour, they are on Zoom, and the best part is, you just show up. Think about it.
