August & September appointments will be available by appointment only with limited availability. If you've been thinking about booking a massage, assisted stretching session, or mobile wellness service, I encourage you to reserve your appointment sooner rather than later ✨

June will be the final month that SheriGrace Wellness will be offering mobile massage services for the year.

If you currently have a deposited session or an unused gift card, please be sure to schedule your appointment during the month of June so I can honor your session before mobile services conclude.

Available Mobile Massage Hours:

✨ Mondays & Wednesdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
✨ Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
✨ Saturdays & Sundays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Grateful for the opportunity to teach and hold space this weekend as both a yoga instructor and massage therapist—it was truly amazing ✨
As a student of yoga, I love being able to adapt, learn from each group, and stay present in the moment. Chair Yoga brought such a fun, creative energy—thank you to everyone who joined in.

I also had the chance to connect with some incredible people at the table and learn so much through those interactions.
