When my floor starts to look like this, you know it's almost time for the Not Alone TOTES to arrive!

These care packages for folks new to the OCD community will be mailed out to all 30 recipients this week.

And we want to take a moment to give a huge thank you to our collaborators and donors for the fall 2026 Totes. You make this project possible!

These are free care packages mailed to folks new to the OCD community. Did you know each Tote comes with a book related to OCD, based on requester's preference?
