We offer a multitude of customized interventions to best support your unique self growth process and journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Wyoming and Montana. I specialize in self growth and healing through the incorporation of connections built with horses.

Body Work is Back!! Just in time to celebrate end of summer and show season!
Reward your horse for all the hard work they have put in this summer.

Sterling will be back at the barn September 10th-13th. This is a great opportunity to get your horse worked on. The method Sterling uses is only practiced by 4 other people in the nation, we are incredibly lucky to have him here.

Cost:$100 (Cash) or $150 (Check/Venmo)
Time: 45 minutes per horse

What to expect: Your horse will be evaluated from head to toe and a combination of nerve releases, muscle manipulation, and other adjustments will be done.
Pinched nerves can impact the entire body. For example: There is a nerve behind the ears that directly corresponds with hock movement. You can end up with short strided horses in the hind end due to a nerve impingement.

Many issues we come across with our horses such as sore backs, lead problems, head tossing, issues taking a bit, etc. can stem from nerve impingement.

This is for anyone going through loss…
Losing these two souls less than 4 months apart in the last year did a number on my heart.

Jazzy was my first horse. My why. My reason behind all that I do. All I have built. She carried me through unfathomable darkness. She showed me why I needed to create opportunity for others to heal alongside horses. She picked up my broken body, my broken heart, and my broken mind. She smoothed out the edges, filled me with light, love, and grace, and gave me the confidence to keep trying. She is wrapped in all I do. I know the gift of being picked up off of the floor of life’s darkest moments by a horse and I’m so glad I can share that gift with others now.

Then there is Rae. My personal Rae of Sunshine. My biggest protector. She was placed on this earth and in my life to protect the mind, soul, and body Jazzy had so delicately mended back together. She had my back, protected me at any cost, and was the most loyal soul I believe I will ever meet. She was mine and I was hers and everything else just faded away.

Then, these two left this earth. Their bodies returned to me in ash. Their spirits still whispering around the barn and my home. The grief of their passing is complex because there are so many things that are true all at once.
They both knew they had completed their mission in their earthly bodies and could better serve in the spiritual realm.

What an honor it is to know I had healed and grown enough for them to confidently let go. What a privilege it is to smile through a tear soaked face at the thought of all that these two did for me and in turn for all of my clients.

Grief can be complex. It can be messy. But what a beautiful expression of love. And isn’t that what it’s all about? ❤️

Today was a day for the history books.

I sold my first branded horse. This is so impactful and I can’t wait to see what Moody and his new family accomplish together. I have no doubt in my mind Moody embodies everything this brand represents.

My soul loves matching people and horses and it’s so cool to see a horse I love so much go to his perfect home.

Keep an eye out for these “sweet cheek” heart branded bums because they are out there making a statement in the ranch and trail world!

Can you believe summer is creeping to an end and back to school is right around the corner?

To celebrate Back to School Season, Revived Spirits will be hosting a "Back to School Horsemanship Clinic".

Everyone can benefit from a refresher on correct leg cues, body cues, leg to rein cues, body positioning, and posting the correct diagonals while riding.
Fun relaxing trail rides we enjoy all summer can leave us a little too lax in the saddle. This clinic is a great opportunity to come improve your posture, strength, aids, and cues under saddle.
Improving these things not only helps you feel more confident in the saddle but it helps your horse out too! Your horse can move and perform better if you are providing clear aids while remaining balanced and strong in the saddle.

Hi everyone!
I have secured some amazing contracts that will be opening the doors for even more people to experience equine therapy and its healing abilities.
Due to this, I will not be taking new outside horses for 2026 outside of the 3 that have already been booked for months.
I am not sure if I will offer spots for 2027 yet or not. That will be announced once I see how these new contracts go!
