I got the privilege to work on this sweet boy , Honor, with the white polka dot fur . With all this rain we have been having , this spunky little guy was running around and slipped in the mud . Watching him walk at the beginning of the session , his right hind leg was stiff and he could barely bend to get a stride in . Visually like a peg leg mobility. By the end of the session he was bending and gliding in his movement . I went to leave and here he is brushing up to say good-bye . The little goofball Gustavo ( aka Goose ) was watching the whole time ! 😂😂

Absolutely so stoked to start incorporating the Achedaway heated massage scraper into my massage sessions! So versatile . This tool takes fascia scraping to a whole other level. Its level of heat and percussion ( vibration ) is soothing while the edge of the scraper works to break down fascia tension and knots . Great for neck pain , scrunched up shoulder tension , scar tissue , illiotibial bands, you name it ! Ask about adding it to your next session now !

Spending time to pin and stretch . Pushing down on the palm of my hand and not letting up on the pressure . I am working the saddle area. All these deep DORSI muscles , the spinalis, longissimus and the iliocostalis groupings . In another video I’ll show you how I worked intercostals with the tips of my fingers . This is about elongation. Streeeeeeeetching. Getting rid of that compression feeling . Pushing into the hind end .
