Need a primary care provider, call and make an appointment with our nurse practitioner Kathy Cole NP-C, CME, Certified Aesthetic Nurse.
We can do DOT physicals, women’s health along with primary care. Kathy has been certified in aesthetic injection (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal filler (Juvederm Restylane) since 2020.
