I help runners and athletes overcome pain and fear to get back On The Run. One-on-one sessions with Sam every visit. No Exceptions!

Existing models for physical therapy have many barriers. From the clinic location to insurance complexities to scheduling too many visits on top of your already packed schedule, the quality of your experience is watered down or just doesn't happen at all. At On The Run, we are committed to providing accessible and sustainable care. We meet in the environment of your choice and comfort

Book club is in the books 🤓

What a great discussion. There is so much going on in our complicated lives and thought lives. It's great to break down why it happens, how to work on it, and to know that you're not alone.

I'm inspired by this group of teens who were courageous to show up, open up, and work on improving themselves. Future leaders in this group!!

Student athletes face a lot of pressure right now. On 7/24, we are hosting a discussion for high school and early college kids to help them move from stress and burnout to thriving, freedom, and sustainability.

This is going to be an open, non-threatening look at what makes us tick and how we set ourselves up for success in sports, school, and life.
