Ni****ne Pouches...Who is Leading the Pack?

Ni****ne pouches are taking a much larger role in the U.S. oral to***co market as the category continues to shift toward the Ni****ne Pouch format. In the second quarter of 2026, the overall ni****ne pouch category accounted for 59.9% of the oral to***co category, up 8.1 percentage points year over year and 1.8 points sequentially.

So, with PMI's ZYN leading the pack with a more than 43% dominating lead, ONE would think that Altria would focus ON brand diversity and increasing their brand awareness through the addition of next generation, alternative, oral to***co, ni****ne SKU's such as VaporEFX', Sublingual Oral Spray (as an example) to broaden their On! and On!+ appeal and brand visibility to consumers globally; or perhaps Altria's On! is waiting for ALP to take the lead...

New U.S. Wide Liquor Store Tax Hike on NA-B**r and 40-Proof Alcohol. Sound Ridiculous? We thought so too... but, we did get your attention.

Yes, that's precisely how ridiculous these new state-by-state tax hikes on flavored smokeless to***co products are. Think about it; if the Fed's and state lawmakers wanted to push the agenda for reducing underage and teen alcohol consumption, why not follow suit with with these absurd tax hikes on smokeless to***co products and raise the liquor tax on all flavored alcohol products. Teens and other underage consumers of alcohol would no longer have less expensive access to flavored vodka, honey flavored bourbon and flavored schnapps, for starters. And what about all the flavored 6% alcohol seltzers and 4% fruit enhanced beers, which teens and underage consumers have turned to in droves?

China Deploys Crackdown on Illicit To***co products. "Today illegal V**es; tomorrow, Fentanyl."

I found it interesting to learn that China infiltrates approximately 592,000 illicit V**es into the U.S. daily. DAILY! What about Fentanyl?

If China would adopt a similar crackdown on the illicit supply off Fentanyl precursor chemicals illegally imported and smuggled into our Country, Mexico would be out of business, or at least smuggling Fentanyl into the U.S. would be dramatically hindered.
